By | Tournaments | No Comments
Well the Association Challenge is done and dusted for another year and what another Exciting event it was being held at Bundaberg Bowl and Leisure, It was another impressive performance by our Local Caboolture Bowlers our Men’s and Women’s Teams consisted of:
Men:
  • Tony ‘Jester’ Hamilton
  • Dylan Lucas
  • ‘Jester’ Gerry Cox Sir
  • Andrew Christopher
  • Jeff Gortmans
  • Sir Darryl Alford
  • Darrin Comrie

Women:

  • Alicia Melton
  • Tamara Harmsworth
  • Carly Delange
  • Belinda Mifsud
  • Tegan Meads
  • Natalie Stanley
  • Tarmeka Tritton

Our Men’s Team were fighting furiously all weekend after having a slow start to the weekend but ended clawing themselves back into 4th Place and only missing 3rd by Half a Point.

Our Women’s Team had a Very Impressive Performance like they do every year , Finishing in 2nd Place and only 4 points behind 1st.

Combined Caboolture held their ground coming 2nd by only 4.5 points. 2 of our women also topped the All Stars Team with Tamara Harmsworth coming 1st and Alicia Melton running 2nd, may I mention that 0.6 of a Pin is what separated their averages.

So all I can say is that Caboolture had a Very Successful Association Challenge but I’m sure the next one will be even better and I can say myself that I can not wait to bowl it again!
